There is special small “Meeting room” for confidential business talks on the fourth floor of the hotel.

Conference hall "1"

 

Conference hall "1" located on the ground floor of “Art Hotel” perfectly fits for conferences, presentations, round tables up to 60 people. Spacious room with an elegant interior has capacity for different furniture arrangement and seating plan for guests (theater, classroom, roundtable, etc.). The conference room is equipped with modern facilities.  Optional: LCD projector, screen, wireless microphone provided with acoustic equipment, laptop, flip chart. Wi-Fi Internet is toll free.

There are restaurant “Portofino” and a cozy hotel lobby-bar next to the conference room “1”. This feature makes it comfortable to organize coffee-breaks and buffet parties round the corner. 

Small conference-hall

 

Small conference-hall is located on the fourth floor of the hotel. It has an area of 31 sq. meters and allows to host up to 30 people. The conference-hall is convenient for holding round table discussions, workshops, conferences of small format. A distinctive feature of this conference-hall is large windows, that make the room very bright and spacious. The conference-hall is equipped with modern facilities. Optional: LCD projector, screen, laptop, flip chart.

 

Banquet Hall "Veranda"

 

Banquet hall “Veranda” at "Art Hotel" has an area of 125 sq.m. and allows to host up to 120 people. Spacious room of banquet room “Veranda” - a great place for large-format presentations, press conferences, private parties and cocktail parties. Large stained-glass windows make the room very bright and spacious. The hall has capacity for different furniture arrangement and seating plan for guests (theater, classroom, roundtable, etc.).
Banquet Hall "Veranda" is equipped with modern facilities. Optional: LCD projector, screen, wireless microphone provided with acoustic equipment, laptop, flip chart. Wi-Fi Internet is free.

Meeting room

 

There is special small “Meeting room” for confidential business talks on the fourth floor of “Art Hotel”. The room is equipped with big round table for discussions and a smaller one with PC on it. Area – 31 sq. m. People capacity – 12 people.
